Good Morning Good People
Partly cloudy and kinda cool. Recovering from a niece's 30th birthday party at Founders Brewery, at which numerous snifters of heavy stouts were consumed. About to take a host of under-30 relatives and their friends out to breakfast. Remainder of the day spent in a redecorating frenzy, including hanging not-quite-mini blinds (in 30+ years of home ownership I have lost count of how many blinds I have hung)
Have a excellent early spring Sunday one and all.

I dunno if I believe the snow forecast or not, but I just hit the stupormarket for provisions, just in case. (Oddly, the joint was empty -- I guess everyone was at church, praying for no snow.) But I am all set if it happens. I gotcher bacon, yer eggs, yer coffee, a 6-pound chicken, chili beans, yogurt, one tall beer and plenty of el vino confuzo. Seeing as how I am working my last week of night shifts this week, I won't be going in until 3 p.m. tomoro anyhoo, and it's sposed to be well over freezing by then, so I don't see any shoveling in my future. Now, how shall I cook that chicken? p.s. Looks like it's already past us!  |
