There was something about this on NPR last fall. If I remember correctly, the consensus was that they weren't bad vehicles, but you might want to buy something else.

It says very good things about Ghana that this enterprise ever got off the ground. Many a great notion was grounded by grasping officials and mountains of red tape in post-colonial Africa.
