I just got off the phone with him again. I'm posting this because he asked me to. His lovely wife, Mary, went into the hospital Thursday night with what culminated into massive brain bleed. The doctors don't believe she will make it, and Bob has been sent home to rest.
Those of you who have attended Idiotjam, especially the Thursday night party out a Bob and Mary's, will remember her as a lovely lady who enjoys her retirement more than anyone I know. She enjoys being home, reading, watching football and that beautiful garden is evidence of how much she loves working on it. let's hope the best for them both.

Such a lovely lady. I really enjoy seeing the two of them together. Somehow I can't imagine Bob Lomeland without his wife, Mary. He's going to need our support along with family and community.

Very sad. Sounds like they were loving their retirement, and the place they were in.

As Mark said, Bob and Mary are almost unimaginable apart. They are a wonderful couple, lovingly embracing retirement. Nancy really enjoyed the time she has spent with Mary and we will both pray for the best for her.
