"A young lady was driving home tonight in the Cascades and encountered someone dressed as a clown standing in the middle of the road just staring at her as she approached. The person took off running when she passed by.
This is probably just a stupid kid playing a stupid prank, but I thought I would post it so that nobody panics if they see them.
This is second-hand information from the young lady involved, and I do not have any more information."
