Another day! I'm awake ... all the time. Now, I nap ... sometime 30 seconds or 20 minutes. Naps refresh my mind. Most neuropathologists say "most people are thinking in awake time and sleep time too" Tea and melatonin helps and soothes my 150mph mind. So, good night!

Continuing mild, maybe 15C high today, same tomorrow but sunnier. The dog will be a happy pup.
One class on Thursday, two on the 26th, and I'm done for the year.
Guy over today for an estimate on replacing our burners, grill, & oven. Very ¥¥¥, but I said yes. The new stuff looks really slick, but it won't get done till after the holidays.

Up and awake. I'm having an awful lot of fun using my new looper pedal as a practice tool. Lots of fun to play on top of some chord progression or another. My company asked me to help write a new contract proposal, so I am up early this morning reading the solicitation guidelines and some parts of the Federal Acquisition Code. I'll admit that the words, "yee haw, but this is COOL!" have yet to pass my lips. Lastly, I fell on the ice being a dumbass on Saturday. I joked about it on Facebook because I popped right up unscathed. Apparently that judgement was premature, and my back is getting the last laugh now. Ugh.

Good morning. I'll be headed to Maryland in about an hour to see my surgeon and hopefully get cleared to use the left arm. Of course this morning I feel like shit, don't know why but it doesn't matter I have things to do.
Have a good Tuesday.

Good morning. 30 degrees out at 6:00 AM. Two days ago, it was -20 at six. I am glad my roses are snug and buffered in their cozy leaf bags.

We are at 16 right now and heading up to 31-32. The weather dude says 47 on Christmas. Since we hit -14 as our low a day ago, that is a pretty wide swing in temps. Believe me, I will welcome 47. I may dance around the light pole to celebrate. Have fun and I hope the feeling has come back in your toes.

What prompted that guy to fall back and take the table with him in the first place?

Might get to 34° here today. A welcome change for sure. Fiddler Ian goes back to the VA for a follow-up tomorrow. Should lose the immobilization sling and begin PT. Don't know how soon she'll play. We have 2017’s first gig in a month. The Bar None Cowboy Church in Newton, IA. May have to get a fill in fiddle player. It pays well so I'd hate to cancel it.
Bruce, we hope you're back playing soon.

Twenty-seven years ago yesterday I got a phone call and had to leave our company Christmas party early. The next morning we had twins. Happy birthday, Tristan and Damien. You still owe me half a party.
We'll be checking out a new BBQ place tonight, started by the original founder of Famous Daves.

Almost toasty on the porch this morning. Got a run through the rolling donut* at 11. I'd appreciate any positive thoughts you can spare.
