20 for me. Didn't need the list of choices in any of the questions. That stuff is like breathing. The really serious questions are things like the location of my eyeglasses and where am I supposed to be at 10:00 AM.
I agree with Tom about the misattribution in no. 19. I didn't go so far as to look it up but knew it was wrong.
For extra credit complete the following from memory:
21. Pepsi Cola hits the spot, _________________
22. Use _______, the foaming cleanser.
23. ___________suits you to a T.
24. LSMFT
25. __________ beats the sun.

I'm giving myself 20 too.

Answer to 21: Pepsi Cola hits the spot, twelve full ounces that's a lot, twice as much and a nickel too, Pepsi Cola is the drink for you. Nickel, nickel, nickel, nickel, …
On edit: As I recall, the nickel didn't include the two cent bottle deposit. The deposit wasn't to encourage recycling, it was the bottler actually wanting the bottles back for reuse. Each new bottle cost them seven cents. Bottlers had huge bottle washing machines that would automatically lift returned bottles from wooden cases, wash and sterilize them, then feed them directly into the bottling conveyor.
