Surprisingly lots of Xmas stuff going on here. Leftovers from the French/Catholic past.
Leaving for home tonight late, overnight flight to Incheon, then on home arriving about 11am.

Hey, wake up you sluggards! It's almost Christmas.
Packing up today to head to Maui with Moms ashes tomorrow. She wanted to be scattered in the same place where her late husband was laid to rest, so we are honoring her wishes. I'm a little worried about getting her through security, but, since she was always a faithful true believer in the republican way, it will probably be alright. Its a bittersweet trip, and I'll be relieved when it's over, and at the same time, I don't want it to be over.
Anyway, coffee.

FROST!! There's FROST out there! Okay, it's barely freezing out and will get warmer as the day gets brighter. Doing my regular shopping early since it would normally fall on Xmas day.

Good morning. I think I'm done Christmas shopping so I must be missing something. Still have some wrapping to do but it's only Thursday and the kids don't get here 'til Saturday so no rush. Ready for the Christmas countdown here. Except that Mr. H still has about 4 electronic seasons greetings to send. He has some pretty good excuses, including an eye injection yesterday after having the other eye done last Friday. My chorus has a very late in the season performance tonight. Luckily it's not far from my house, since I have to go this afternoon for the set up and then again for the show.
We stashed enough Thanksgiving leftovers in the freezer that we have almost no food shopping or prep to do for Christmas. Probably will have snacks and port on Christmas Eve.
