My word for today is OW!
After seeing a physical therapist on Monday and doing the proscribed exercises I was feeling okay. Not great, just okay.
Yesterday I was installing an antique movement in a floor clock and something in my mid back snapped. I'm in pain, but house calls were already scheduled for today so, pain or no pain, work goes on.

So today, not having a shift to occupy my time I decided to clean up the joint. It's cleanish to start with but hunting for dirt is fun. I have a good series of lectures on the late Roman Empire and the earliest Medieval period to jolly me along.
I know it might not seem like much because it isn't but that's my contribution for the day.
I would really like to go to Paris but I'm probably too tired, ya know?

I was just by Paris the other day...Paris, Iowa. Quite a ways south of Jamiaca and Nashville...also in Iowa. Sun was shining this morning!

Also south of Wyoming, Iowa. What the heck brought you out there? I was down taking my father in to see a doctor, they live down in SE Iowa near Paris...IA. My father tells me that if it were not for doctor appointments he have no social life at all! |
