The thread is very interesting there’s a lot of tangents.
I have two jobs that are both very pittance. The first one is the crossing guard is so simple it’s OK
My second job is too much for me sometimes. My hourly 14 dollars. My patient is a paranoid schizophrenic dementia. I can deal with it because I need some money sometimes.
My third one is music. Independent and no taxes. But now in the bay area is hard to find music gigs because there’s too many musicians.
Now .... the thread was about housing affordable
