A hustler or a spammer

We’ve all seen this one ....

I’ve been on the Internet for housing. I should’ve been smarter At least I didn’t give any money.
It used to be the spammer t was simple .... a long time

Now You don’t see it quickly.
They’ve changed the hustler game or the flim flam. It’s even more very cunning

“I would say I appreciate your application, as I have no reason to deny you to live in my place.Let me hear from you as soon as possible. the delivery of the keys / Documents. Once again I'm giving you this apartment on trust and do not disappoint me because I do not want my apartment to be destroyed, no problem if you wish to move in with your own furniture.

Here are the contents. I'll be arranging for you to pick up.

1) Entrance and the rooms Keys
2) Paper / Permanent Flat form (Containing your reference details)
3) The Flat documented file.
4) Payment Receipt.
5) Full address and description of the house

You'll be sending us the rent money every month to my financial planner's Zelle, which the email addresses is listed below, have the First and last month rent with security deposit ($2200) done. Note the Security deposit is totally refundable on the day you move out completely from the apartment.

Like I said earlier money is not my major concern, I want you to handle this property like your personal Belonging. i'm waiting for the payment confirmation (Bank receipt) to enable me confirm the deposit and arrange for you to pick up the keys and other documents , this will also serve as proof of payment for us all

If it’s unsolicited then it’s from someone who knows little or nothing about you, your needs and or resources. Be careful.

   Thank you so much for posting about this. I recently found a wonderful ad for an apartment in my area on craigslist, emailed to apply for it. I felt a little suspect about sending my application to a stranger and when I googled the information this post came up. I really appreciate you flagging the number from spam and saving me from sharing my personal information.

Thank you for your interest. I am the owner of the unit you are inquiring. Yes the unit is available for immediate move in, we are looking for a responsible person/family to occupy and maintain the unit. My wife and I moved to Alabama on a job transfer and medical/ health reasons. This is going to be a standard lease, not a sublease. Rent is $900 per month utilities inclusive. Please I will solicit for your absolute maintenance of this apartment and I want you to treat it as your own. Security deposit will be $950, one dedicated parking spot for one car, laundry on premises.


I'm sorry you won't be able to see the interior of the unit in person as i did not make any plans of renting it out initially and there was not a building manager since i lived there, i hope you can understand that. i tried to actually work with some agencies earlier but I noticed they manipulated rent and deposit fee more than what I instructed, so I decided to rent it out myself as Independent Landlord. But feel free to go by the building and look up the neigborhood as well, and then get back to me asking for APPLICATION If you'd like to take things further.

I had a problem (hustler) about nine years
It was about a car. I figured out that it was not truthful
So I told the company- Craigslist

I’m much better about strange language letters. I usually figure it out right away.
