Quite the event yesterday. Congrats, Mr. & Mrs. Thomas & Christine Cloud. Among her bridesmaids were 3 tenure-track professors. They boogied on the dance floor like regular folks. Did you notice if they always turned left? Sorry to disappoint you, Bruce, but these girls only sashay to the right. |

Sort of home after a week in Phoenix. Halfway there, having stopped at the new house in Tucson for a couple of nights. Mr. H has an eye injection here on Tuesday morning, so this will save us a 160 mile round trip. Had a pleasant little monsoon rain while pulling into Tucson and the temperature dropped to 88F. Now back up to about 101.

Well for real we had all the kids and grandkids plus a dog home for five days and it was a blast. Best Fourth ever I think. A couple of the girls are serious soccer players so watching the win today with them was frosting on the cake.
