How to Approach Pain (stress) When pain (stress) arises, instead of immediately thinking, “How can I get rid of this?” we can say “Hello” to it, and ask, “What can I learn from this?” It’s not always easy to do this, but when possible, it turns the whole experience. upside down I understand that pain is a fact of life and we all get a dose of it. The doses aren't fairly distributed but who said life was fair? I don't whine, get through it and move on. My back pain for four days changing my thoughts. I wrote something wrongly. Regrets
*I usually don’t even talk about my medical situations.*

Regrets Well, I've had back and leg pain for almost a year now. Treatments are coming slowly but it's a little better anyway now. In any case when there was something I needed to do, I put on my Scottish warrior act and pushed through it. Sometimes there's no other way, no choice. There is some swearing involved though.
