This all started with me quickly
2013
I had just a little bit with a small room.
I had 2 guitars - I sold my Taylor 312ce
I had a lot of great clothes
And more stuff
And sold a lot more
2014 and 2015
I sold a few. I gave them away.
2016
It got a little less - I moved 14 times
2017
Less - I stopped my storage
2018
Less less less
2019
Less less - I sold my 1991 honda. I gave somebody a good deal. $1000
2020
I have a few clothes, guitar, dulcimer, a printer, in my Puerto Vallarta
The Gypsy
Transitions.......
I’m still in Marin County. I live at a Motel 6.
I have an Puerto Vallarta apartment
I need to get a one-way ticket
I’m still finding to get my replacement passport.

Taking the Subaru up to Maryland for an oil change. Sounds dumb but I got a coupon that expires today, so... Weather's good anyway, warmer and dry.

Up, drinking coffee and packing a few thing. Will leave about 1:00 PM for Baraboo, WI. Will be skiing, with the East Iowa Ski Club, at Devil's Head on Saturday and Sunday.

Up and getting ready for a doctor's appointment to see if there is a way to get rid of the last of whatever this crud is that is holding on.

Bob, where is your son? Can he help?
Friday. The cold crud is still with us, (Nita ended up with it too) but it’s better than it was. Lunch today with old farts, got to keep a eye out for lawyers with guns who steal guitars, this afternoon we have to turn in paperwork for a background check so we can get a monthly rental rate for our trailer. I’m thinking that we don’t fit their typical profile, as they want something from our previous landlords and employers. We have owned our home for 27 years, and been retired for three years. 😂

I stumbled across something a while back and somehow woke up this morning with it back in my head: There are fewer years between us and the time of Cleopatra than there were years between Cleopatra and the building of the Great Pyramids.
For some reason that just blows me away.

In addition to Saint-Exupéry's advice, you should always have your towel.
Big surprise to us. We put our old house on the market on Wednesday. Yesterday we had 2 cash offers. Spent a good part of the afternoon looking them over and accepting one of them. Only 4 weeks until closing and slightly over the asking price with documentation that the buyer has the funds. Trying not to get too excited, as it ain't over until the fat lady sings. Will have to go down sometime next week to get the rest of our stuff and look the place over for any issues.

Cascade is where the grandkids learned to ski and I've skied there many time. This trip will be Devils Head only. |

Warm rainy day here in the Southern part of Hoosierland. I'm headed to Lansing tomorrow, too trade a cheap guitar for another cheap guitar. I will spend the night up there to give my wife a little break from me. Not sure what else there is to do up there, except maybe visit some family. I do plan on some barbecue while I am there, as I discovered a good BBQ place when I was there last.
