So, $2400 just landed in my checking account. Ludicrous. (Trump's name was not associated with it.)
Jane insists that this is not a handout, it is an advance against your future taxes. In other words, we all have to pay it back.
Anyone know if this is true?

Same for me, I’ve always had to pay in recent history (usually taken directly out of my checking account) so while I have used my checking account to pay, apparently that doesn’t give them access to deposit. to be fair, the government did say this system wouldn’t be working until the 17th. Maybe there’ll be more info then. |

Third party is also different now--greens are only on the ballot in 20 or so states, so will take a smaller overall percentage.
And, (surprise) the dems are not fractured this time around. (tho there will be attempts to make that so)

On the other hand Joe has to get the kids out in numbers and I have my doubts. It's probably all going to boil down to where we are economically in the Covid arc come October and November. |
