My money is in my bank - my Social Security $1400. I can’t get my money because I don’t have my debit
replacement card now. There was a internet hacker with my old debit card.

I am living in Mexico now. But I am a US citizen

If I can write Durable Power of Attorney for a friend. He can get my money There is a different kind of Notary
This is just started - covid19 crisis

I would like some thoughts or ideas please

Bob, I would be very hesitant to give a friend access to my money. Can’t you write a check to your bank in Mex to access your money?

My friend is incredibly honest. His address is my address for correspondence. And he gave me a lot of help & money during my hospital, hostel, & Motel6. I wouldn’t be any kind of problem..(The Soundholians helped me in Jan & Feb)

I can mail/FedEx my check to my bank. I doubt it
it will take two weeks

The wire transfer is quickly

I got some money with Western Union. (My friend’s money)
He needs to do it when I get my debit card works
It’s also very quickly.
