jdd2 I’ll try this Reddit application.... Checked it out a little bit. I’m not sure it’s going to be my nature & features I’ve been doing some yelling grunts and crying for about seven hours. And I haven’t been sleeping at all. I have more stress/pain. I even do meditation. Chanting.... You’re right it’s tough here.

Thanks Marshall. I’ll try it .... Blood tests can be used to estimate how much stress one is experiencing. A cortisol blood test is one of the most commonly used blood tests. Cortisol is a hormone that is released by the adrenal glands when one is under stress. Higher levels of cortisol would indicate higher levels of stress

Crows are amazing! I had a pet crow as a kid. Charley would come when I called and land on my arm. Or, sometimes, my head. He wasn't particular. And he would fly alongside me when I rode my bike. In the fall, a flock of crows settled in for a few days and when they flew off, Charley went with them. Winter was coming and I knew it was for the best.

Good morning.
YEA!!!! I got a haircut and my eyebrows trimmed. If the back had gotten any longer I could have done the Trump comb-over.
Cloudy today but otherwise another nice Summery day. Yesterday the air temp was 86 and the pool water 88, which is perfect in my book. We may have thunderstorms tonight, which is just "Normal" Summer weather.
Have a safe Thursday.

Good morning.
Eating my Cheerios and then down to the shop. I'll get a few hours in before I'll need a nap. I'm getting better, 2 weeks ago about a hour was all I could do.
Take it easy Bob.

I hope things get better, Bob.
I did something strange to my knee a couple of days ago. Now the back of my knee is very painful and I can't seem to straighten my knee. I took some Aleve and bought a knee brace. We'll see how it works out. I'm driving for about 7 hours tomorrow.

The grounded marine effect has lifted and it looks pretty nice out, more yard work in store.
Better days y'all

Another really nice day here. Garden looks good. Got a nice bike ride in, have an outdoor gig tonight, and I am getting on top of the shop work so all is good for the moment.
Had a long chat with one of the hospital administrators this morning and for some reason our county is doing great with COVID. That was reassuring. 54 cases since April with only a few currently active and no one has required hospitalization. They are obvious doing a great job with testing and contact tracing.
T-Bob and John get better!

Might want to take a couple of aspirin before the trip and get out every 100 miles or so and walk around. I agree with Millring getting a clot is a slight concern with a long drive and a sore knee.

Bob, Hope it gets better quick.
We are continuing our pattern of good weekday weather and so-so weekend weather. 86 for today's high.
My under-mount kitchen sink separated from the granite countertop. Fortunately I have live bamboo in the backyard. I cut 4 short poles to support underneath the sink until my repair supplies from Amazon arrive (and until my back feels limber enough to actually fix the darn thing).
