When I got married a previously married friend told me “you’ll know the honeymoon is over when you are brushing your teeth and your wife comes in and takes a dump”.
I was reminded of that this morning.

Ken, you doing OK as regards Eta? Looks like its going to hit the panhandle, track as shifted a bit away from us. Gonna get some rain but otherwise we should be ok here in Spring Hill. |

Fark! Winter is coming. Cold, and rainy today. I have a follow up appointment for my new ears this am. Got the Cooper flat fixed yesterday, after much fun with extra jacks, compressors etc. Hint, try not to get a flat when your car is parked in a muddy pasture and it’s raining.
Eggs and ham for breakfast.

Good morning, barely, by my clock.
We're still in the honeymoon stage as well.
I just got back from my overnight photo jaunt. Started the day at 26F, scraping ice off the Jeep's windows. Then I spent a couple of hours walking along one of my favorite streams. There's was a lot more autumn foliage than I expected. I had the area almost entirely to myself. It was good for my soul.
Enjoy what's left of the day.
