Portal
A long process - it’s about communication - it’s so complex.
Texts are so simple but doctors don’t like it now because they’re worried about getting sued.
It’s about The HIPAA Privacy Rule establishes national standards to protect individuals' medical records and other personal health information and applies to health plans, health care clearinghouses, and those health care providers that conduct certain health care transactions electronically.
There’s a lot easy ways to do it. One is a private network with a hub .....that works.
I can’t even find a doctor or nurse with email or text.

It took me at least three hours to do all that Portal
I could’ve done it with a text 20 minutes.
Doesn’t the portal doesn’t bother anybody??

No, the portal works fine for me. Lots of information quickly at hand.

It took me at least three hours to do all that Portal I could’ve done it with a text 20 minutes. Doesn’t the portal doesn’t bother anybody?? Kaiser is pretty easy. And it’s easy to message my Doctor or nurse for either advice or a appointment through the Kaiser site. And it’s how I get my meds refilled. Pretty easy. Mike |

No, the portal works fine for me. Lots of information quickly at hand. The information are a satisfaction it’s sort of like a library But a conversation is not working correctly in a portal |

I have to use a couple of different portals but the speed of communication and level of information on each seems excellent. No complaints here.
