After nearly a year and a half, the pandemic has taken its toll on our nervous systems. Months of uncertainty, instability, and heightened stress have left many feeling exhausted, overwhelmed, burned out, or simply something In these times, it’s important not only to tend to our mental and emotional well-being, but also to tune into our bodies. By becoming more present to our embodied experience, we can learn to regulate our nervous system—and thereby to shift out of “fight or flight” into a more relaxed and grounded state.
