Okay so I'm lazy.
Frozen Taquitos and salad.
I'm saving those leftover pork ribs for enchiladas on Saturday.

I just had my dinner and I am a little lazy. I had rare lean ground beef and French Fries milk chocolate kisses - my only vice

Third night of chili for me. Which amounts to a big pot of beans. I have become a big fan of beans. No sarcasm, I really have. They take on the flavor of whatever you are looking for, starting with dried beans isn't difficult once you know how, they are good for you and they'll fill up someone like me who eats like they have a tapeworm.

No sweet corn here yet. Some from a guy who travels to Muscatine, but I've never been a fan of that. Local sweet corn will be late, which has been predicted for this year.

We went out to this place: www.tucsonmexicanrestaurant.com/I had the number 14 combination. Companion had the number 5. All pretty good, especially the shredded beef taco. Very good service and fast. For tonight, I haven't decided yet, maybe shrimp scampi.

I don't think I want to be around Todd after 3 straight days of eating chili or anytime he has been eating beans many days in a row.

Marie Callender chicken pot pie. Microwaved nine minutes and fifteen seconds. I'm such a gourmet!
