As many as half a million British mourners are expected to file past the coffin of Queen Elizabeth II as she lies in state at Buckingham Palace. On top of the Queen's coffin sits the Imperial State Crown, set with nearly 3,000 stones, including 2,868 diamonds, 273 pearls, 17 sapphires, 11 emeralds, and five rubies.
That's billions, bullions, and/or bullshit ;-)

I didn't watch a any of it and didn't follow any of it. But one thing I do respect is that this the is the first time the UK has a a funeral for a reigning king or queen for a very long time, and that nothing in that ceremony has changed. If I were a Brit I'd love to watch a ceremony that hasn't changed in 100 or 200 years. What a symbol of continuity for a kingdom that has been around for a even longer than Russell or Dub have been around.
