A bad, bad start to my day. Up at 4:30 drinking my GoLightly joy juice for my 10:00 colonoscopy. This is just an awful start to the day. I hope the anesthesia is good and I get cookie afterwards.

Oops. I did not see Bill’s Tuesday post. I will delete mine and put my Tuesday response here.
It’s cooling off, with highs in the mid 60s today. Next week will return to the mid 70s. I would like that. But I will not like you’re sitting in yet another daylong meeting today. I’ll do my best to stay awake.

Good Morning
Cool clear and breezy. A brief stop at the library is planned, then I will wander around ArtPrize, a largely outdoor display of art installations throughout downtown Grand Rapids (and beyond). Some of the installations are beautiful and remarkable, others make the viewer scratch their head and ask why.

Good morning
40F-58F sunny.
I baked muffins last night so I get orange cranberry muffins with my Cheerios and coffee this morning. Being the good man servant I brought a muffin to DaWife at her desk and got a very strong stare and a "only one?" comment.
I would like to do shop time first but must run errands. Pick up meds, mail stuff to Todd and find some clips to install the black backdrop in the studio. In the shop today, besides rotating the glue up jobs, I have a Hofner Beatle bass to set up and a Strat to rewire, quick income jobs, YAY!!!!

Epaul, I had one of those days in late August. I can honestly say that every day since then has been better.
Not much on my agenda, which is good because yesterday was pretty busy for an old retired person. A medical appointment and some errands, then organizing our calendar, making more appointments, and catching up on various tasks. We ended the day by indulging in crab legs and champagne at home. Not celebrating anything, except being alive and Fry's having crab legs on sale.
Zoom social call later. That usually runs at least 2 hours before some of us can't stand to Zoom anymore and it breaks up.

Garbage has been delivered to the curb this morning along with the recyclables. Not sure why I bother, it appears to all go in the same truck!?!?
Practice at Paleo this afternoon. Looking forward to some music with friends! Getting ready for a gig where we share the billing with Todd and play a few songs together later in October.

Got my pontoon out by myself this morning. We bought the old girl the year we moved to Alexandria, 1977. She’s got some years on her and it shows but her timbers remain stout. She has provided a platform for fun for many kids.
Not sure how many more years I can do it without help but it went well today. The water was calm and that helps a lot. Now I have to clean her up for winter storage.

Other than work-work, I will spend the day trying to find energy for the home tasks I know I should be doing. I have been lax lately. Once I get home from the office I don't have the oomph to get stuff done. I suspect last week's colonoscopy removed my energy polyp.
