I've had nothing but a Joe Schmoe grade electric glass top stove for years now and I can cook the hell out of stuff with no issues. What am I missing? You are missing a dirty stovetop with layers of caked-on grease in every gap, hole, and crevice.

Chef Steve is counting the days until he can unload the woodshop for a pile of bucks and open his own restaurant and lounge on a prime piece of mountain. So are the Makis.
"Hey gang, let's all go to "Steve's Place" again. Pfeiffers on tap and piping hot mooseburgers. Can't beat that. He's surely forgotten about what happened last week by now. And... the Duck Band is playing! They is good!"

Like every other wonderful idea I (and the Makis) ever had it appears someone beat me to it. "Road Kill" is a menu item at the Texas Roadhouse chain of steakhouses. It's a chopped steak.

I used to work with a man who said that if he saw someone run over a squirrel, and they didn't stop to pick it up, then he would because he "knew it was fresh." My first thought when Harry said that was to wonder if any drivers actually picked up their road kill squirrels. I was fairly sure that Harry pretty much always got first dibs.
