Since I got to work with this group once. The show was amazing but everyone, and I do mean everyone, did not drink. If you drank alcohol you were not hired to begin with, not even if you were a recovered drinker. These people were clueless. Are you telling me that all those champagne bubbles were not real??? How can you sing "Tiny Bubbles" without knowing what you're talking about? |

He was a vaudeville performer in the 1920s. He had a signature line he would throw out for cheap laughs. “Bubbles is poppin’!” Stupid line. His whole touch with fame went flat and he wound up running a hardware store in Keokuk, Iowa. He called it Bubble’s Hardware and House of Screws. They found him in the garden tools section one morning. Sad story. |
