Thanks all! It's been quite a year. I'll get back to you on that. I'm getting evaluated by the head cheese of the PT department today, so I've got to loosen up and get my pre-flex flexing in. I want Heidi to say, "Good, Paul, good. No more pain for you today. You can crawl home now." instead of, "Paul, you haven't been doing your 'at home' stretching, Paul. So, this is going to hurt. Here's a rubber bone to bite down on."
