Oops - maybe next time! We're in Maine now. Were I in Maine, I’d want to see Bar Harbor for the tall ships. Then I’d head straight to Doc’s for some thumbpickin’.

For some reason, I thought there were old tall ships anchored there. Sorry. I see they have windjammer cruises but it isn't really the same thing. Forget Bar Harbor then. Just go visit Doc.

Well, that might have made sense when we were 90 miles away; 300 miles is not such an easy trip. Plus, I need to go back and retrieve my lens cap from Thunder Hole (look for the small black circle in the lower right quadrant of the picture; it also has a lens cap leash that was the cause of its plunge):
