I think I am back to probably 85-90% of my fitness level before the heart attack in April. I have not biked as much as my neck gets too sore on a racing bike. I may have to bite the bullet and get a more upright machine or work harder on neck stretches. I have a Raleigh Technium aluminum-framed city bike that I'm not using that I'd be happy to let you have. It has kinda knobby tires that work well on paved, gravel or limestone surfaces. Might need a tuneup. |
