Good morning. I'm up early so I can check in at 6:00 AM for a colonoscopy. I'm looking forward to having it over with so I can have some food.

The "feels like" temp yesterday was 101 degrees, this morning it's 61 degrees out!
Practice this afternoon and then Phil and will go directly to an evening gig. Todd will join us to make some music, at the Area Substance Abuse Council's, National Night Out, gathering. I'm thinking I will probably need a long sleeved shirt, maybe flannel.

Good morning.
56F-76F sunny.
Back to the land of the awake and upright. A few days ago I mentioned I had a rough night. A mix up on med doses, again, had me sleeping for 36 hours or so. I could not stand and could just barely sit without falling over. Cheri took me to the ER by helping me stand, at which time I pulled a back muscle, and maneuvering me to the back seat of the truck so I lay down. In the ER she sat me down and then had to move the truck. That took a while as there was no close parking. When she got back they checked me in and I sat until called. When they finally let me lay down I fell asleep right away but after some anti-vertigo med I started to come around. They did their tests agreed it was probably the med mix up, gave me a script for the vertigo meds and sent me home. I haven't had that seizure med today and won't until tomorrow and half dose. Felling much better and can move on my own now.

Cool breeze coming in the office window, a few thunderstorms. Wearing a flannel shirt for the first time in months.
Forcing myself to do some trivial desk work, a few errands, maybe some workshop time.

We had probably four inches of rain yesterday and of course I forgot to have the extension on one of the downspouts so I was shop vacing water out of the basement. All looks good this AM.
Beautiful day today. Wine bar gig tonight.

Yeah, I don't think I'd order it in a bar.
My prep called for downing 8 ounces of the stuff every fifteen minutes until I'd consumed 64 ounces. This morning, for once, I wasn't full of shit.

We had an eye doc that we pronounce it off thamologist insisting that grammatically that was correct. I believed him.
