When it was a sweltering 90 plus outside and I was inside, I saw these kids across the street. I crossed the street. Dropped a $20 for a tall cool glass.

These days a buck is a bargain!

I think my lemonade/Kool-Aid stand maxxed out at a nickel, same as Lucy's psychiatric advice. On occasion, Forrest and I would mix multiple flavors of Kool-Aid which made the drink turn an ominous black. We marketed it as Black Death and did brisk sales to preadolescent boys like us.
