I just read that guitar.com named Taylor Swift the 8th best guitarist of the past two decades. Fellas, our ranking just went WAY up.

Not quite. Evidently Guitar.com were reporting, (a bit inexactly) on a thing on guitarguitar.com, a UK guitar retailers' website. 1000 UK guitarists, (guitarguitar customers)  were asked about influential guitarists of the  last 20 years*.  It was related to a promotional exhibition of Fender guitars.
