Ok, hook-and-loop fasteners. Can I stop waiting for the trademark police to break down the door now? Or should I be xeroxing my defense statement while mopping my brow with a kleenex?

Don't stop. Dump the buttons, too. Dials, knobs, and sliders only.
One reason I went with my Honda: it was the only car I test drove that had nice big dials for the radio and climate controls, nice big dials with heft that you could feel "click" as you turn. I hate having to hunt and seek for a little black button and then have to repeatedly stab that stupid little button, stab, stab, stab, an increment at a time, just to change the radio volume, air temp, or fan speed. Stab, stab, stab. Poke, poke, poke. Stupid. I want nice big dials with some heft to them. Quick, simple, smart.
Oh, and Honda and Toyota were the only ones I tested that had a simple gear shift lever located where you would expect the gear shift lever to be. The others had little push buttons you had to find on the dash or a goofy little toggle thing hidden behind the turn signal stalk. Arghh!
