Good morning. Gray and cloudy here. Today is the last day of September; this year is flitting by, isn't it? Reminds me of this song:
I'm seriously considering going back to bed. Have a good day, friends.

Good morning. The roofers are coming by this morning to check out the roof after some shingles blew off during the storm. Hopefully it won't be too expensive.....
After that it's the usual routine. Have a great day.

Good morning. I think I'll go to the mountain preserve again for sunrise. I've found some intriguing subject matter for photos.
Otherwise, I'll get a haircut and begin preparing for the trip we take on Thursday.
"Temperatures across the lower deserts through Friday are anticipated to hover between 103-111 degrees each day, which is a good 10-15 degrees above normal for this time of year. Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport has already seen six consecutive daily record highs broken, and it appears likely that streak will continue." National Weather Service.

Continued summery weather.
It will be a pleasant walk to the gym, followed by finishing a bedroom floor. The next two weeks will be consumed with preparing for daughter and granddaughter to move in. The next six months to a year will be consumed with finding a better living situation for them.

What could be better than living with dad/grandpa?

The low this morning was 12 degrees cooler than yesterday's low. There is hope for relief from the lingering heat.
Laundry, spraying for bugs after we've seen a couple of roaches, TJ's, and trying to get the electrician to come out and replace a light fixture. It's the other half of the lighting over the kitchen table. The first half failed in January just before the 5 year warranty ran out. At the apex of the vaulted ceiling, so no way for Mr. H to do the job.

Morning!
Interesting Vikings/Packers game yesterday. It was the best of times, it was the worst of times. But, it ended as the best of times.

Last day of September. Time to switch to pumpkin spice Eliquis for fall. Wild Cherry Xarelto for me. Nice day. Shop time, yard work, exercise, and practice guitar. Repeat daily.

@memaloose State Park tonight, in the Gorge. Weather is great, sunny and clear though it started out pretty chilly this morning in Joseph. (31°) But the trailers heater did its job, and we were fine. Kind of tired after a five and a half hour drive to get here, but that leaves only two-three hours to get home tomorrow. Sipping on a Terra Vina Mourvèdre while snacking on some smoked salmon dip and crackers, life could be worse. Had a great time with the Airstream group, when I get home it’s time to put the trailer away for the winter. Hopefully next spring will see us healthy enough to rinse and repeat more adventures.
