Damn, figures this came up right after I bought a car. This is a beautiful A style Gibson, just worn enough to be really cool. Somebody has a treat in store for him/her.
Wish I had a large feline to trade for her!

Well Paul, if 12th fret can't sell it, and I have to retrieve it, which might happen ... It needs new frets but otherwise it's in grand shape. The sound is wonderful - that full fat old tone that only comes with age.
Her name is Kat Man Do.

Oh, that is a lovely mando! (Way out of range for me, though) Now, I'm no expert at all on these old Gibsons but I'm curious: the bridge/saddle looks as if it's made of metal. I would expect it to be made of wood. Is that the original Gibson bridge?

Well she's gone!
Fred - in 1921 they had the wooden adjustable bridges but with a metal top - the people I purchased her from were sure that the bridge was original.
She sounded great, but I preferred playing the Moon. I still have that one. It rocks.
