www.soundclick.com/bands/pagemusic.cfm?bandID=748749The url above is for my SoundClick music page. I have posted two pieces on it, both of which are instrumentals. I went the instrumental route because I can make those up much easier than I can write a song with lyrics and everything. Neither of these recordings is particularly good by comparison to what I've heard here and over at AG. But they're mine, and I had to learn something about Audacity and SoundClick to make it this far. The Sunny Walk piece is just a simple chord progression I happen to like mixed with both electric and acoustic guitar lead lines, each one flat picked. I like some of the harmonies that develop in it. The other piece, Russian Peasant Waltz, is finger picking on both nylon and steel stringed guitars. It picked uip some eastern European flavor as it came together. Please feel free to offer any suggestions that come to your mind about how I might do this sort of thing better. . Thanks, Fred I just listened to both and enjoyed them a great deal -- full of life, confident playing and unmarred by the pointless noodling found in so many of today's solo guitar compositions. The "Sunny" track might have a wee bit too much effects on the electric guitar for my taste, but that's probably a personal preference thing. Nice going! More, please!

Is this thread broken? I see Bill's response, but no OP.
Fred, you must have added more songs in the last few months. I just pulled up "Nowhere Man", and I really like what you did with it.
On to your next song . . .
