I first posted this in Marshall's Wires thread but the cable caddy is so useful I decided to post it here as well. This was an idea I had and thought a woodworker's canvas chisel caddy might be just the ticket. We looked around some but couldn't find anything close but at Lowe's we found their carpenters' nail aprons for 77 cents each and realized a few more seams would complete the job. Fiddlerina sewed seams to make more but smaller pockets and cut the apron strings to re-sew them on the back to act as ties when the bundle is rolled up. If you need more pockets you could sew a couple of aprons together end-to-end and get a dozen pockets to work with. Of course you'd then be looking at a cash outlay of a buck fifty-four plus tax. - Dub Front view:Back view:
