Good morning. Supposed to golf at 9 but it's about 40 out and that's below my comfort level. I have a couple of former-co-workers coming to visit Thursday and one of them wants to golf. I hope it warms up because I promised them it was warmer here than in Philly.

Gorgeous weekend and chilly this morning. 38 on the drive into work. Maybe some holiday party band jamming today at lunch if I can round up any of the Stockingstuffers.*
We go by "Dax Thunder and the Stockingstuffers" at the holiday party. With me working only a couple of days a week we need to get started learning some tuneage. I'm planning on doing Cookesferry Queen, The Shape I'm In, and maybe Ooh Las Vegas.

Morning
Got one project to finish today and deliver, Guild with a broken headstock. Anybody up for lunch near the Podium? Need to find the nurses notes as to what meds to take in the morning and which not to take. No food or drink after midnight, blah, blah, you all know the routine. Need to drink lots of water today so they won't have to fight to get a IV in this time. That also means they will do the procedure through my wrist(yea!) instead of my groin(boo!).

Clogged bathtub drain to start the day! Help is on the way. Crummy way to start the day but not fatal. Good luck tomorrow, Marty. Enjoy the day and may your drains all run freely.

G'mornin' - It's not raining at this moment, I expect it will be most others.
Marty - that's pretty amazing surgery, and it sounds like it's pretty much out-patient. We live in wondrous times.

Morning, all. A couple cousins were in town over the weekend, so there was a lot of sitting around the table talking and eating.

Hitting the road to MN after a big dose of football, swimming, hockey, and eating in Evanston.
Good luck Marty. Tell them to warm pack your arms and use a blood pressure cuff for a tourniquet inflated to midway between systolic and diastolic. Best trick I learned as an intern and moonlighting as a lab tech.

Good morning. All week I'll be preparing for an evidentiary hearing that will take all of next week. The weather's great. All's well.

Lovely day here.
It was a nice weekend. Finished second in a poker tournament Saturday night, so I was pretty flush. That turned into steak for 20 people at Sunday dinner yesterday, which also doubled as Mary's 17th birthday party. My son-in-law made some apple/caramel cheesecake that was just ridiculous. Good grief. Amazing. The steak went pretty fast, but we ended up with ten huge baked potatoes left over. Need to figure out something to make with those.
We have a red maple in the front yard and a purple ash in the back that are about a day away from peak color. Very pretty.
Time to get out my zebra suit.
