I saw Ry And Ali live at the New Orleans Jazzfest...must've been '94 or 95. Good set.

Cosy Sheridan just played "Row" from her Eros album on Pandora. COOL song ! ! Before that was Eddi Reader and David Wilcox. Darrel Scott is doing The Ivisible Man as we speak.
Oops. Here comes Eva Cassidy.

The iPod is on costant shuffle mode as I work.
At this very moment I am listening to "Rockin' Sugar Daddy" by Sugar Ray & The Bluetones. Just before that it was Dave Edmunds and Nick Lowe (Rockpile) doing "When Will I be Loved" unplugged. Before that is was Jimi Hendrix and Band of Gypsies doing "Hear My Train A Comin". Up next, Taj Mahal and Ry Cooder (The Rising Sons) playing "I Got A Little"

I played "Can't stop movin'"by Sonny J on Youtube a couple of times earlier on. I had a lovelorn friend round and couldn't think of anything else to cheer him up.

Truth & Salvage Co. The bass player and one of the guitarists came into the store yesterday. Chris Robinson (The Black Crowes) signed them for his label and produced their first album.

Let's see, the iPod isn't letting me down today either. Just heard Jeff Beck doing "A Day In The Life" from a live bootleg. Then Al Green came up next with "I've Been Waitin' On You" and now I'm listeing to John Hiatt Live "When We Ran". Up next is Little Feat with "Sailin' Shoes" from Waitin' For Columbus.

We're not allowed to listen to music here. Apparently, many years ago, somebody listened to music in the office and he or she wasn't unhappy that day, so it's been prohibited ever since.
That doesn't mean I'm not listening to music though. Right now I'm listening to "Maybeline" in my head. I'm not sure who's singing it since I've heard so many different artists cover it and all the versions are kind of jumbled together. But it sounds really good. Earlier I had "You Are My Sunshine" running around up there. It's nice to be able to listen to something newer from the 50s.
