Good morning. It's warm enough for coffee on the back porch. Yesterday's rain never happened so I got about half my tree branches hauled out back. I may be able to get the rest of them this morning if today's forecast is wrong too. They say thunderstorms this afternoon.
Gone back to the porch for more coffee. Have a good Sunday.

Good morning ... 4 inches of fresh landscape enhancer on the ground.
It's been a year, so I'm getting ready to change the strings on my Guild 12er. Will get as much done as possible before breaking for lunch.

Good 4 inches of fresh stuff on top of the 12-15 inches already there. What else can I say? Stay happy.

Good Morning Good People
Another three inches of snow on the ground. Off to church and subsequent chili cook-off. Dawn was recruited as a last-minute entry to feed the anticipated crowds.
More snowblowing and snowblower oil change this afternoon. Didn't get around to changing the oil yesterday. The Taylor has been complaining of neglect and refusing to sing. I trimmed the saddle, polished the frets, and re-strung it and it is behaving much better.
Have a fine winter Sunday one and all.

Sunny and cold. This will be my drill for the next two weeks. Love the winter games. How about that Red Gerard!

Morning all. Big cool down here. Only Sposed to get to 76-77 today, 70 tomorrow, with rain by Weds. We will see.
Went to guitar center yesterday looking for Uke strings. They had exactly zero sets to chose from. But the were selling ukes priced from $69.00 all the way to $129.00 for their high end stuff. Have I mentioned that I don't have a ton of respect for GC?
I'll try a Mom and pop store in Palm Springs tomorrow, if that doesn't work I'll resort to the interweb.
Have a good day everyone.
Mike

I don't blame you for wanting fluorocarbon instead of nylon, much nicer strings.

I was at the game last night. The stands went wild and they showed the replay bout 25 times. My choice for play of the year. BTW the Bolts won, Vinny Lecavalier's jersey was retired and Boston lost. A good night all the way around. good afternoon

Good morning. Mike, don't take all the rain before that front reaches us.
Had a nice hike at dawn. This afternoon I'll smoke some ground beef to use in quesadillas for dinner. May go to an organ recital this evening. Enjoy your day.

Well, yeah, but the rest of us don't have the super powers you gained after being struck by a lightning bolt in an ominous storm, falling into a coma and waking up months later in a lab whose particle accelerator activated and unleashed a whole bunch of superpowers into the atmosphere, making you the Flash.

Changing the strings is not a biggie. Getting it in tune takes more energy.

If you are not in tune you can call avant garde jazz.
