(on your windows and other things outdoors) Yes, the windows get a coating of salt spray, even though we are about 1 and 1/2 blocks from the beach. All metal on the outside of the house needs to be stainless steel, otherwise, it will turn rusty within a month. On Sunday we drove south on Highway 101. The tide was high, as were the winds. As we drove past Depot Bay waves were splashing against the seawall and over the highway, drenching my wife's new car in seawater. |
