So, how does this work if trump gets jail time? US presidents are given personal security for life. He'll need a big cell.

Maybe he could join his business partner, and Clinton associate, Ng Lap Seng. From: www.gobankingrates.com/net-worth/celebrities/richest-prisoners-in-the-world/Ng Lap Seng Net Worth: $1.8 Billion at Time of Arrest After being convicted in 2017 during a bribery trial, Ng Lap Seng is awaiting sentencing in a unique kind of jail — his $4 million Manhattan apartment. Before he’s sentenced to prison, the Chinese real estate mogul is confined to his home that’s guarded by private security guards who are there to watch him, according to a report by amNewYork. He agreed to pay the private security firm $35,000 a week to make sure he doesn’t leave and the judge ordered him to keep his bedroom door open when his masseuse visits every other day. A well-connected, frequent visitor to the White House, Ng smuggled millions of dollars in cash meant for bribes to the United States on private jets, according to USA Today. From www.macaubusiness.com/ng-lap-seng-reveals-trump-connection-2/:According to the (Wall Street Journal)newspaper, the Macau developer, who is currently under investigation in the US for alleged corruption, joined Trump and other locally renowned investors in a bid for a gaming licence in 2001 with the consortium planning to operate from the Fortuna Hotel, a property on the Macau Peninsula owned by Mr. Ng, and invest US$1.4 billion (MOP11.1 billion) if the bid was successful. According to reports cited by the newspaper, Trump Hotels & Casino Resorts Holdings would have been the casino operator for a Macau company called Baia da Nossa Senhora Entertainment Company. Other partners of Mr. Trump and Mr. Ng for the casino bid included Hong Kong billionaire and property developer Joseph Lau Luen Hung, currently a fugitive having been found guilty of bribery and money laundering by Macau courts in 2014 and sentenced to five and half years in prison.

In the race of former Presidents going to jail, my money's on the Biden crime syndicate (which seems to involve his whole damn family) long before the corrupt DOJ enforcers can make anything stick with Trump.

I'm not following your thinking. It would seem that the guy who already has 37 federal indictments plus some local ones would have an insurmountable head start in this race.

I'm super busy these days but I'll do my best to lay out my thoughts if you're serious as the day goes on. Maybe in installments. Thanks for asking.

Peter, I sincerely thank you for a very civil response but you need not go to the effort. We are so fundamentally far apart in our thinking that it is unlikely that you could lay out a case that would sway me. Likewise, I don't expect to change your views, though I respect your right to hold them.
