Very nice. It's time the fedora made a comeback. The feather is a nice touch.

You have to own a hat like that.
Do you feel even the slightest bit of self consciousness in public?
That’s my problem with cool fedoras.

The fedora didn't go anywhere--I've had them for maybe forty years--but they did get adopted by various kinds of geeks, dweebs, and douchebags (Indy/Bogie wannabees, pickup artists, "Nice Guys") and in general by guys who don't know how to wear one. And these days, they really ought not to be worn with very casual outfits--no teeshirt/fedora combos, please. (Exceptions for straws/Panamas with Hawaiian shirts in the summer.)
I wear mine less frequently now because a wool eight-quarter with earflaps is warmer most of the year and doesn't fly off in windy weather. Nothing like a fedora (or even a trilby) for the rain, though.
Jeff's, by the way, is a proper fedora (not a skinny-brim or porkpie or trilby or Aussie stockman) and from the photo angle looks properly fitted. Just don't wear it on the Harley or with cycle gear.

I like it. My Dad had that hat in the '50s. Wish I still had it. I don't know what happened to his hats. Long gone now.

I have one much like it but hats make me look like a bigger dork. Sigh!

I love hats, especially now that my hair has thinned so much. I think the fedora is a classic and refined look. When I wear mine, I do not feel self-conscious in the least.

I like it. If you come across one, try to replace that feather with one that's in focus.

I admire someone who can wear a fedora and pull it off. I can't. So I'm sticking with my Stetsons.

The Stetsons go with the boots--a fedora, not so much. And don't even think about a trilby. . . . (Images of Sinatra in a Nudie suit.)
