Amen ! Dub hit on it perfectly, when using a phone to insert images and videos, Home Page- Scroll to bottom- Hit Desktop. Phones needed to be converted from Mobile to Desktop mode to get the features I can easily use on my laptop. Now I can insert Pics and videos from the phone. This information is not included in the Help section of the forum hosting instructions for inserting images.

I had a great experience with the guitar last night at an open mic with a great stage and prof sound system. The host posts everyone's performance on facebook, so I should be able to get a clip later of what the guitar sounded like in the room. It was terrific in the monitors.

So you can dig in and play hard with out having to hold back and restrict distortion? Here is what I got from Metheny after his first show with Go AA. --On their bus now, and yes…both made their debuts tonight your upgrades made both of their appearances in the set extra special - the steel string that you just did had been having problems for a while…that is the one I use for pretty hardcore “strumming” (see Song for the Boys on the record One Quiet Night) and honestly I haven’t been able to really do it full out for a while - tonight it was one of the highlights of the set.-- This is related to total distortion. The average pickup and preamps have any where from -35 to -45% total distortion. Our system is above -90% This means the harder you play the more vol you get, not distortion. But conversely, the system has great sensitivity to subtle input with clarity and tonal variance to player input.

Yeah, I just bought another for another guitar. Just from hearing the link you posted on Soundcloud, I would have assumed it was a miked guitar. (mic'd guitar)

It wasn't. There is a mic inside the guitar as part of the GO AA system. I do turn it up about 80% which means it's about 40% internal mic in the mix under those circumstances. The woman who is sound person did/does a nice job of shaping sounds. But it's an open mic and there are multiple different plug-ins that she has do deal with in the course of the evening. None sounded better.

If there is an issue, usually reversing phase on the board gets rid of the problem.

As an update for those who are concerned, I'm still having a minor (but annoying) problem with the GO AA in my Eastman guitar. I have been in and out of the guitar 5 or 6 times adjusting things. And I am still unable to get one string (5th A string) to sound. Paul McGill has been very responsive. But this is not an installation for the faint of heart. It takes a lot of finagling to get it up and running righteously.

That being said; I played a 3 hr gig last Friday and went to an open mic last night and got a GREAT sound from the guitar and pickup going through a NUX Optima Air pedal into the house PA. The overall character of the guitar sound was terrific. And I had people comment on it last night. Plus I let another guy with a regular piezo pickup go thru the NUX, and it helped his sound. But not as good as the Go AA. Paul McG and I are communicating and he assures me we'll get the weak string problem worked out.
